Before you buy
Is the rest of Timely still free?
Yes. Unlimited clock in and out, live earnings, full shift history, offline tracking and cloud sync are free with no shift cap and no expiry. Elite is additional, not a paywall around what you already had.
Why is it cheaper here than in the app?
Apple takes a cut of anything sold inside the app. Buying on the web skips that, and we pass most of it back to you.
Will it work on my iPhone if I buy on the web?
Yes. Elite follows your Timely account, not the device you bought it on. Sign into the app with the same account and it's there.
How do I cancel?
From the receipt email Stripe sends you, or by contacting us — we'll do it the same day. If you bought through the App Store instead, cancel in your Apple subscription settings.
Do I need Elite to join a team?
No. Joining a team someone invited you to is free. Elite and team membership are two separate things, and either one gets you into Timely on the web.
